Powerlifting is now an official sport at Capital High School. If you are interested in getting stronger, building muscle and competing against other schools while doing so, Coach Salazar will be hosting an informational meeting in the basketball gym on November 16th after school for all interested students. Pre-season practices will begin November 28th at 4:30.

Along with many other vaccine providers across the state, our partners are having difficulty securing shipments of Covid-19 vaccine. We are sorry to announce that our clinic at Gonzales Community School, which was scheduled for 11/6 has been cancelled.
The clinic at Ortiz Middle School, scheduled for 11/8 will offer flu vaccine for people of all ages and Covid-19 pediatric vaccine (for ages 6 months-12 years) only. Unfortunately, there will be no adult Covid-19 vaccine available at Ortiz. If you are looking for a place to get an adult Covid-19 booster, please visit: https://vaccine.doh.nm.gov/
